what should open loop mode be set to?? throttle above % and map above voltage?

what should open loop mode be set to?? throttle above % and map above voltage?
i had 80% for throttle and 2.9V for map.. does this sound about right for a boosted tune or should i set them to more or less? and also what exactly is cold start enrichment?? ive always left that at 100% and not had a problem but just wanna make sure
