Latest cummins manifold
Heres the last manifold I made for the baja1000 this year, this is for one of the main race trucks, we ceramic coated it in the bling finish. My supplier ran out of of the smooth 45* bends so the orange peel look on some parts is not the cerma coat but just rough weld el's.

Don't know how many of you guys have tried making 1.5"sch 40 collectors for split turbine on a 6cyl engine but its quite time consuming! I don't weld the inside of my collectors, The collectors are milled so the fitup is good, that said though I actually cut this specific collector with a dry cut saw.

And if you all think it looks cheesy with the cermachrome finish don't worry I am wiht you, kinda make it look like ebay stuff, hopefully they will throw some header wrap on it.
I was about to say the same thing about the looks..lol. A local guy built a manifold for his M3 and it looked awesome before the coating, after he got it coated, it looked like ****..lol

No I use Rocket Cermacoat in Abbotsford, The one guy at Kool Koats, I think hes the owner, is a deuchebag. I've become really good friends with Morris at rocket cermacoat so all my stuff goes there. He does a better job too. And their only about 5 minutes away from my shop.

what dry cut saw and blade do you use? I have a dewalt dry cut saw, I bought a dewalt stainless blade for it but after 10 cuts on 16ga 304 the blade was dull. what a waste of $200
I was using a Makita, I made about 10 manifolds including collectors with one blade, and you can get them resharpened, for about $15. I use a cold saw to cut tube and pipe elbows and a mill to make collectors now.
looks good, kinda like a ram horn but from a ram from chernoble with a few extra horns. lol. im not a hugh fan of the ceramic coating either but if its mild steel i would rather have it than rust plus its supposed to be better for performance with the heat and everything. muscle car guys love the stuff, but they like a lot of cheap stuff also
look sick, always wondered why tubular manifolds never got really popular, i see diesel engines all day and always note the shitty cast manifolds with runners that turn straight out of the port
thanks can you post his contact info? ha i just relized ive been pm you on DTR about the HE351 swap
