i've got 99 civic sir i'm just curious if the cheapest/easiest way would be to turbo it
or put money into the engine. if you think turbo how much would it cost for a stage 1 turbo (stage one only goes to 10 psi right?) and when i say how much i mean EVERYTHING i need to turbo it.
thanks, dusty

There are no definite "stages". My advice is if you want to turbo, take a long time to do your research (assuming you know nothing) before you buy your first part. There are so many variables to a turbo system that you should learn prior to buying. Learn and read everything you can, so your not wasting your money.

would i better be better off just changing stuff on the engine? if i was to run only 10 pounds of boost would i still have to change stuff on the engine? if i'm gonna have to change a lot of stuff on the engine anyways for a turbo i may as well just put all my money towards the engine. or am i wrong?
i suggest doing a lot of reading in the F/I section and not the EF section of honda-tech.
#1 you are asking a turbo specific question
#2 you arent asking an EF specific question
#3 you have a lot to learn
#4 you have a lot to learn
#5 you have a lot to learn
