Accord b18c5 or c1? or H22?
for the accord, where would i be able to find the custom engine mounts to do a b18 engine swap? ive seen a company that makes these mounts in a magazine, but i cant find the ad anymore.
my friend (who owned a NA 12 second GSR) tells me that H22 are not good for ALLMOTOR, but i like the thought of ALLMOTOR so thats why im looking into b18. or maybe i should just look for a Supra...

*shakes head*
I don't know why anyone would want to put a B18Cx motor in an Accord. H22, yes. As for power, well, H22s can produce plenty of power: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=211000

well, its not really an accord.
its a custom car thats based on the accord drivetrain, it wieghs under 2000 lbs. and im deciding whether i should go b18 or h22. i HEARD h22 rev's slow, and isnt good for allmotor ("better to turbo because of larger displacement") since the car is light anyways maybe i can just go allmotor and itll handle better and thottle will be more reponsive.
IM USING THAT CHASIS!! (there should be a picture) BUT SINCE I IM LIMITED TO 5 POST PER DAY I HAVE TO EDIT TO REPLY BACK TO YOU GUYS!!!!
(piece of ccrap) well anyways, i wanna slap a different engine in there to get more power out of the damn thing! its based on accord drivetrain meanning engine/trans/and FRONT suspension (arms n crap) but all i need is more power!!! You need to stop listening to stupid people that dont know **** about Accords or H22's and get your facts straight. H22A4 has 154lbs of torque. How much does the B18C5 have?
Torque is what gets you going, not high revving bs. And if you want to turbo something because it has more displacement, get an H23.
Facts, facts, facts.

why would you even consider putting the ITR motor in a accord. The motor only is going to be insane crazy priced. You could damn well get a h22 and install for just the damn ITR motor. well have fun with your 'project'.

Anything is possible. A 1.8 liter engine in an Accord is an easy fit. It also would make more sense that its a 3rd gen, but still, if the **** only weighs 2000lbs, H22 would still be better.
its NOT an accord chasis at all!!! its a custom tubular chasis, but the chasis was made to fit an accord engine cradle. from what i understand, the h22 fits right in the accord cradle. but im over the b18c now so ill just go with the h22 to make it easier. heres what the chasis looks like if you cant see the other one...
