Default Cleaning/Washing Microfiber towels?

I have some MF towels and was wondering if I can clean/wash them? Anything special I need to do or use?

Also what about MF applicator pads? I guess they have foam in it...

Regular detergent will do in cold water then let air dry.

If you don't trust a washing machine, hand wash it in cold water with some detergent. Let air dry.
