Default Mild build and Mugen Twin Loop

So here's my plan. I have a 97 Prelude SH with 165kilometers on it. I was thinking about a nice header like hytech, some either type s cams or maybe some stage 2's (still researching) with all the necessary supporting hardware (valves, retainers, springs) with the euro R IM and a 68mm TB tuned with emanage ultimate.

Now I also want a quite exhaust because I'm 30...not a little kid anymore and I don't really know if the 2.38" Mugen twin loop cat back is too restrictive for this setup. Anyone have any experience with this? I don't want a knockoff because I just don't trust them. Not sure if I should go with Hytech for the twin loop as 400 for the muffler and ??? for the rest....not sure if I want to spend that much.

Get real engine management. The twin loop will support 240 WHP with no problem.
