they are glass from the factory. You must have some junk aftermarket ones.

he has JDM lights, which are plastic.

get some 2000 grit wet sand paper, hit the head lights till they have an even texture, then hit it with Mcquires Scratch-X and an orbital polisher. 3-5" should do it. use a wool buffing pad

use heavy pressure with liberal amounts of compund. they will turn out like new. i do it all day every day at work

Actually most of the time, the yellow-ness is from the actual bulb insde the headlight. You need to take the lens off and clean the inside. Don't waste your time on cleaning outside if you do it over and over. You need to get inside the housing to clean...don't know how the plastic JDM lights hold up when baking, but I know you can bake the glass ones in the oven for a few minutes and the lens comes off pretty easily.

JDM Glass headlights? No. EDM LHD glass headlights for the EE9/EF9 front? Yes. Some of the headlights also came with the motorized tilt feature .

As for the yellowing, if the car is a DD even if you polish them; the yellowing will come back after a few months-a year. Once the UV coating is sanded/worn off over time, there's really nothing stopping oxidation/sun damage from occurring. Personally I wouldn't worry too much about that though. Just polish them really thoroughly once a year and wax every other week or every car wash .

^^ correct you can get a edm set which are made for LHD so the beam pattern is better and they take regular h4's not the stupid h4h's . some do come with the motorized adjustment option

If you're looking for some lead glass, one H4 bulb, EDM headlights that will fit a stock USDM fron end, I might know where you can get some.
