Having a RHD car may be cool and all but its really more of a pain than its worth. The car does look good except for the rear left damage. If I were you I would save up 1-2 more grand a buy a decent condition ITR for around 12kish.
So... NAY IMO

Do you honestly believe a clean ITR would be sold for $2875??? :? Maybe if it was missing the drive train, sussy, interior, wing, front bumper, and some minor body damage....
It's a scam

I'm not trying to come off as a dick, simply looking at this from a logical point of view. I took a quick look at your profile and noticed your age. Granted, there have been a few members in the ITR section around your age that have owned ITR's. However, before you purchase one you should really consider all the factors first.
Is this going to be your daily driver?
Where will you drive it?
Where will you park it and for how long?
Where will you leave it over night?
What is the GTA rate in your area for these types of vehicles?
What is your insurance going to be?
Will you be financing the car?
Say the car gets stolen, will you be financially stable to get through the process of replacement?
Do not answer these questions in a post, rather I threw them up there to give you something to read over and consider. ITR's are fun, but trust me when I say this, you definately have to be on your toes at all times.

try not to be a dick, but like above said.
how much you pay for your 95 GSR? and how much the PY type R is? do you think the newer in year and Type R will cheaper than your GSR?
if the ad is real, you are not gonna read it and the car is gone.

Not to shatter your 'dream'. But you should seriously do more research. Look on autotrader and see how much Rs go for. That will enlighten you on the pricing range alongside with comparisons for conditions of vehicle.
Unless for some odd reason you are able to get Rs that cheap...not likely.
DON"T BUY those cars on craigslist.

Even if you could buy an ITR for $3k, look at what your insurance costs would be. Some people were paying $300/month for insurance. Can you afford that?
So, in short: NAY! Just be glad you've got a GSR at your age. I was driving a tiny little POS when I was 17. So in the kindest way possible, GTFO.
