Default Hondata datalogger on in-car screen

has this ever been done? What I want to see is the user being able to tune hondata or k-pro through the touch screen or mp3 player in the dash. Or at least be able to view his fuel maps etc.

That's a pretty good idea...

What would be even cooler would be to find a laptop with a broken display, and just rip that top piece off of there... Run one of these converters http://sewelldirect.com/pc-to-tv.asp and you won't have to have the oh-so-obvious laptop on your seat next to you while datalogging with the HondaLogger up while driving...

all you need is an in car pc running windows.

or if possible, that the hondata program runs on wine, then you can have an incar pc running on linux...

I use a liliput touchscreen xvga monitor hooked up to a dell laptop hidden under the seat back in the day when I first started playing with carputers I tried a few of the the vga to rca converters but the picture looks like crap that small, you cant read anything... With the xvga screen the picture looks great at 800x600 and you can actually read everything Thats about the only way your going to do it until the flipouts incorporate some sort of high res input, because the regular rca inputs just wont cut it... not to mention most flip out only have around 400k pixles
