b18b in 98 crv auto

My sister needs a new motor for her 98 crv auto.. i have a 98 ls motor, would it work out to bolt that in? her car was already underpowered.. would it be horrible to drive with the b18b?

after looking at it I'm only losing 5ft/lbs of torque and gaining 16hp... although the power curves will be totally different.

Will the b20b ecu run the b18b ??
