Yeah I noticed they are talking about the Mugen wheels a few minutes after I posted.......but those damn things still weigh 18lbs a piece.
For comparison a 18" Volk CE28N weighs 16lbs.

Yeah good point about our "flower" wheels.

Still not enough to convince me to lay down $29K for the car. Maybe if they
the power to say....the S2000 range....then maybe it would be well worth it. But all you're paying for basically is the "limited production" and bragging rights.
Still a pimp car though.

According to Mugen and King-Motorsports they weigh 18lbs, and I was comparing them to a Volk Ce28n which, like I said weighs 16lbs.
I gave my reasoning behind the post, and admitted fault. I said I didnt notice it was talking about the Mugen Si at first. Layoff.
**Edit**
I also see College hills honda has the GP's listed at 16.5 lbs per wheel which is many times better than what King-Motorsports etc has listed. With that being said then yes I agree with them being lightweight etc, its just that i saw them listed at 18lbs and honestly thats nothing special.

You moron, decent 15" wheels will weigh 16lbs or less, with most coming in around 13-14 if you get a quality wheel!

How about we save the night racing for the TRACK. Plenty of HID stadium lighting there.

$1799 + shipping from CHHonda. special 8thCivic.com pricing. 449.75 each wheel but REALLY if you think about it, the pricing was for the "WHEEL-KIT" not the wheels. i got 4 wheels, 4 center caps, 4 valve stems & caps, 20 mugen lugnuts warning labels for door jamb & air pressure stats & whatnot, & of course the lugnut holder for 5 of the stock lugs since the spare tires doesnt accept the mugen lugs. pretty cool. just sits below the trunk mat in a semi-circular shape.
