Default alignment gone wrong

Well yesterday i took my car to Firestone to get an aliignment, no big deal really. I got thereand i asked the dude if they did lowered cars, he said if they can get em on the rack they will do it. Well my ep fit amazingly. So they start the alignment 3 hours later and i notice theres not enough negative camber in the back for the tire to clear the fender, So i ask him if if he could put 2 degrees of negative camber back on and hes like...what? Oh well so he finally gets done and i cant get my car out of the parking lot cause my fender is just sitting on my tire waiting to rubb blah blah blah i get my money back cause the job they did was the definition of SUCK. So i carfully make it to my GF's house to use her tools and i take the tire off and start adjusting the camber kits andnotice they must have broke off some the the threads on my right rear camber kit cause it wont adjust like its supposed to. And to make it worse when he bolted my ABS line back to the camber kit he cross-threaded both bolts and now they heads came stright off...Im going down there today and doing some major complaing. What would you guys do in this instance?

All i got to say is WOW. Talk about a bad day. Definately go complain, and make sure you get your **** fixed. If they broke it, they need to fix it, its that simple. Drop back in and give us th info on what they said.

It's your fault the tires don't fit. It's their fault they broke parts. You deserve to pay for the work they did. They deserve to pay for the parts they broke. Simple as that.

I had the same problem with my tires no longer clearing when camber was correct. I set camber way negative, rolled my quarter panels and got it realigned.
