22" primaries with anti-reversion chamber and 2.5" merge collector. 4-2-1. Sounds great but vtec isnt working right now due to wiring issues i believe. will have dyno charts up as soon as it gets tuned.

will this be a REAL comparison or just useless dyno charts?

If you want "REAL" dyno results, then do some testing yourself and get off this guys nuts!

i have no need to.

thanks tho.

was curious of what the header itself makes...not the whole motor. You should consider following your own advice

I will have it tuned for the new manifold then test it against the jdm manifold.

They are made to order, but this one was custom. Regularly they are 799. Its amazing how much nicer the exhaust sounds with this thing, not raspy anymore.

Not dynoed yet, as far as specs it is a jdm h22a with the blacktrax iab delete plate, the lovefab manifold, no cat and 2.5" exhaust. 68mm tb and hondata intake manifold gasket will go on before it gets tuned.

try taking the plate out completely, it will lower the overall volume of the pleannum. my car seemed too like it

its been confirmed by Jeff Evans and Jdogg that doing so increases gains from midrange to top end. I've had many intake manifold setups. My top 2 are the EuroR (of course ) and the stock IM minus the iab plate. After running around without the spacer and loving the midrange and top end, i switched to a blacktrax 8 port IAB delete spacer as well as port matching the OEM ports to the blacktrax ports and the power just didnt feel the same.

I have yet to dyno test it as the gains were nothing of what the EuroR accomplished, so i have no drive to test it. But i believe in Evans and Jdogg

yeah, you may be right. It just reminded me of Hytech's H22 header a little.

Really nice looking header. I take it your custom one didn't run 799.00 like the made to order ones? Just out of curiosity was it closer to 1k?

how so?
it looks like it's paired differently and extends outward (towards the front of the car) much more

^^ I said "a little like" the hytech and I was referring to the change of piping diameter shortly after the flange.
