i have a 95 civic ex 5spd i was wonderring where my fan relay was ?

 

u mean the ac fan right ? it is located next to the driver side headlight bracket..

no, i meant the regular fan, right infront of the radiator. it works and sometimes it doesn't. i wanna bypass it cuz i'm racing at the 1/4mi tomm

 

It should only go on when the water temp reaches high enough. im pretty sure the fan switch is on the thermostat housing you can take the clip off and bypass the switch for the fan to be on at all times. but not its not necessary.

 

The relay is in your engine fuse box located to the top left if you are facing the front of the vehicle. Inside the box its on the far right, I think the 3rd one down.
