How do you fix a TDC sensor?

As the title states i was wondering how to fix a TDC sensor on a D16y8 Head?

The TDC sensor is inside of the distributor, you have to buy a new distributor, or you can find a junkyard distributor and pull out the sensor but thats a pain in the ***.
