For a stock rebuild that doesn't sound too bad. But the "possible additions", are they included, or not? If so, at least some of that would be worth it (water pump, maybe valves). Also, I'm assuming they're NOT OEM pieces, so you have to accept the possibility of inferior quality.

that is what I tought.... Is there a big difference of price if I go with OEM pieces ?

Pistons, wrist pins, and rings are almost $350 new OEM... so, yeah, big difference.
