Default Rev limiter

so i bought a 95 coupe with a DOHC ZC motor swap about 2 months ago and when i bought it the guy told me the rev limiter is at 8200 y would the limiter be set that high on a D series? should i get it changed incase of the throttle sticking or something that could go wrong?

Why would you be worried about that?
The ZC is DOHC, not SOHC.
Your throttle is not going to just get stuck.
Drive it like a normal car, dont beat on it, and you shouldnt have anything to worry about.
