I asked if you Honda guys would get a WRX over a RSX-S, and most of you would pick a SUBARU of less Quality but that is faster. So by your reasoning I guess you quys would also get a Turbo neon over an RSX cause it is faster. If you guys dont care about looks and just speed why dont you guys have Honda's and not Mustangs?

 

subaru is not low quaility, yes they have reliability issue back in the day, when they had turbo cars, only cause most people didnt know how to maitian them properly, i'd take a sube over an rsx-s any day....and why dont we drive mustangs, first of all cause of fords poor designs , and reliability, and second i dont know what world you live in but gas is expensive around here

 

so you would get a neon too then?

 

personally i like the WRX's over the rsx type S.... i think they look nicer hook up and have a lot more power potential than an Rsx, thas why i prefer the older integras over the rsx the only thing i like about the rsx is it's interior.......other than that......but i wouldn't prefer a turbo neon over anything..

 

turbo+american , has never been a good combo, except for maybe the Buick GNC...no neon fer me

Since the Honda/Acura aftermarket is so big, just wait for a turbo kit to come out for the base RSX and the Type-S......... Neon's = the americian rice mobile

 

a WRX isnt poor quality.. but i got the RSX b/c of its class and speed.. i dont really like how WRX looks.. but other then that i would take a WRX over a RSX... Plus mostly the reason why people have honda's instead of Mustangs is cuz honda's u can work on them and a lot of aftermarket parts for honda's...over all honda is a better car then a ford... i mean if u would want a Mustang might as well get a Z28...

 

my reason for getting a honda is because i can make it go faster then a mustang, camaro, trans am, ect. I like getting a 4cyl and out running a v8... thats my cup of tea

WRX's are pieces of ****...I went and test drove one, it seemed very quick, ill give it that, but the handling wasnt that great and frankly, the whole damn car felt like plastic, the windows having no frames really posed a problem with me...Just my .02

The WRX's are fast.. I'll give it that.. but driving a Honda/Acura is just a different feeling all together.. Type S all the way

 

my friend has a WRX, and anybody who says it doesnt handle is doing something wrong. and while most mustangs are pretty slow, a stock Z28 will kill 1/3 of the cars posting on this board. it cost me a horrendous amount of mony to beat some of my friends "slow" Z28s, with my "fast" honda , and my empty wallet sometimes makes me wish i had gone the other rout. an exhaust can make 20whp on a V8, i think thats a little better bang for the buck than the 4HP the 600$ cat-back gets us
