i have a Del Sol that im building.... The exhaust is coming off a 3 inch peakboost downpipe. I want my exhaust to stop at the rear lower control arm so that there is nothing visible in the rear. I got a 3 inch stainless steel kteller kit for my car and a 3 inch muffler from kteller that is 6 inchs around and 3 inch inlet and outlet. The muffler would have to go under the car but i dont know where i could put it... im thinkin putting it right after the downpipe, is that possible or does that make since? Also I need a feed for stainless welding. Can I get one of those at an autoparts store?

anyone offer some help on if putting a muffler onto a downpipe and running piping after? mayb if someone knows the location of a sound clip or something... thanks

 

See if you can run the piping to the bumper, do a 90* bend and run the muffler transversely under the bumper with a turndown. There won't be anything visible, but all the big stuff will be tucked up under the bumper.

 

good idea! also i gotta get a feed for stainless piping and i cant get it installed a shop cause im going catless so im kinda stuck in a corner right now
