Default Help me choose coilovers

don't really know too much about suspension so i'm hoping to get a little help. the car will be used for a little of everything. DD, mostly straight line racing with some occasional runs in the mountains. which coilovers are the best?? i've been looking at some omni sports, D2's, F2's but not really sure which way to go. thanks for the help

for the money i would go with tokico alumi adj.. (white) and sprint 2.5 in drop springs. and of course camber kits.. cost me aroun 550 600 ish for every thing.

but if u got some cahs to spend i would get a full sleeve coil over. tein are best for the money around 850ish.. GL with the search

Definitely the most proven combo for the racers out there.

Just pick a spring rate that is good for street/track use. My GC's (on my EG) are damn stiff (not sure of the rate--I bought the car off of someone else). Fine most of the time, except for big bumps in the road/highway expansion joints.

Koni yellows are just plain perfect. I have them on both of my cars.

money isn't an issue. i would like them to be adjustable. the car will not not be lowered much from what it is now because i'll be running 24" tall tires (205/50R16 in the back 225/50R16 in the front) right now the car has tokico blues and eibac sport lines. not sure if its the sports lines or what but they are the softer ones

my ej is running omnis and they r pretty legistamatic. they give u nice drop. for me thats almost all 4inches and they ride pretty nice to for how low i am. omnis r def. nice.

but if u r looking for dampening and a real nice ride at the same time do D2s
or everyones favorite = GC/Koni yellows.
Its an affordable and real nice ride.

even if money isnt that big of an issue make sure to shop around and whenever a place claims they can beat other prices, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT!! B/c we messn with cars, everyone knows it never hurts to have some extra cash.
