Default Coolant overflow

Hi all Ive done alot of research on here about coolant running into the overflow and shooting out of the overflow. Whitch is what is going on in my car. I have a 92 H23 fully built internals Aftermarket Koyo style all aluminum radiator, t3/t4 garrett turbo on it tuned proffessionally to 15psi. Darton sleeved, ARP Head studs torqued to 85pounds witch is all my torque wrench reads. Nippon racing headgasket, Using a Mugen 1.3bar radiator cap. Brand new thermostat in car. When I come into boost I start spraying antifreeze out of the overflow tank. The car is not running warm according to temp gauge in car( Factory dash Gauge) I never retorqued head studs since put them in car witch was 1500 miles ago. Ive done a compression test and cylinders read #1 190, #2 185, # 185, #4 188. Arias pistons with stock headgasket compression should be real close to 9-1. I did a leak down test on coolant system at work pumped it up to 23psi and coolant pressure didnt drop at all. W hen Im not in boost car seems to run normal and no antifreeze flow over into overflow tank. Any ideas on what else I can test before I jerk head off. I have alot of pressure on coolant system when I go out and drive to car. If I let it sit all night and go out in the morning and undo the radiator cap there is still alot of pressure there.

So far I'm thinking head gasket.

Any ideas please let me know.

Thanks Pat

That definitely sounds like a head gasket issue.

Do a leakdown compression test and see if you get anything interesting there.

Ok will do. What specs do those ARP headstuds need to be torqued to.

Thanks Pat

they say 80 ft/lbs if you use their molly lube or 120 ft/lbs if you just use oil as lubrication.

I gotta wonder if all is good out of boost, then it blows out while boosting, is the head lifting under boost, just enough to blow past the headgasket? I have heard of this happening on a few cars, especially with non-stock headgaskets.
