Hello everyone!!!
Can someone tell me what is missing in this injector?

This injector is remanufactured but cap at the end is missing. My original injectos does have caps at the tip but damaged. Where can I buy those caps?

Drivewire.com has all of the parts.

You need a crush ring in your manifold; a rubber crush cylinder around the top of the injector; a basket fuel filter that fits into the top of the injector -- also seals against the fuel rail; and an o-ring in the top groove of the injector.

My two cents: be sure and have someone check for leaks when you turn your key on two clicks and then again after you start your car. Fuel rail fires are the worst...I know ohhhh so well...

 

I compared it with my old injectors and I notice that a plastic sleeve is missing, it is located at the bottom part of the injector where the pintle is....
I checked the drivewire.com but they dont have that part.
I found this pic somewhere and I encircled the part that is missing.
I'm wondering if dealership has it.
