eg hatch w/gsr will not rev past 3k help
hi i am new to this site and am looking for help
i have a 93 hatch with a gsr swap and itr trans
full built, rods, 12.5:1cr, and lots of head work , apex vafc, msd ex-coil
it starts and idles fine but if you give it gas more than 10% it starts to rev and cuts at 3k like no spark/rev limit was hit?
it is getting spark.
if i give it very little gas like less than 10% it will rev to 5k
there are no cel's

99% of the time when you have this problem, its a problem with your ecu OR whatever standalone management your using. If your using a chipped ecu make sure the map is burned correctly.

the ecu is a p72 and i used it to run my turbo mini me 12+psi = bang! with never a problem the apex vafc is the only new add on
would an ignitor cause this?
