Default ls vtec build

let me know what u think of this mild build and how reliable it will be thanks
-1996 b18b1 block
-98 gsr head
-ls vtec conversion kit
-stock ls bottom end for now i have itr pistons need rods
-itr water pump
-itr oil pump
- itr timing belt
-blox intake manifold
-intake
-headers
- thermal exhaust
-ls HG
- tuned
-itr injectors

runing it like this for a little while then gonna build

you should just throw in the pistons too. the rods fit perfectly with no modification. Its a good starting build, but what kind of ecu are you running with this set up? i'm using hondata s200. Works like magic.

if u don't want to rev it over 7k until ur built then just wait till ur built and run it to 10k....then u will be spanking everyone on the street cause u can rev to 10k and they can't....

For the record the ITR pistons don't "bolt right in". They will require some milling to make them mount to your LS rods. If you don't want to upgrade the rods at least shotpeen the LS ones. Your setup so far looks pretty solid though.
