I have bee nsearching everywhere for a fabricator to make me some custom elbows in NJ. ANyone know of somebody?

I need a 3" aluminum 90 dg elbow, legs are 7"X 14" If you could help I'd really appreciate it.

 

Is it for personal use or for a job? if it's personal and you have the time do section cuts from 3" straight.....if it's for a job and won't pay to do that...then ummm>??

 

It's for a job and I need quantity of these. I need one for a test fit and thn 50 for the total production right now.

I can't help you with the prototype, but we can bend them for you when you go into production. These are some 3" x 4" 6061 90s we ran a couple weeks ago.

 

CRMB is top notch ... I have order through them MANY times (small 5-7 pipe orders). Their bends are great and their prices are about the best anywhere!

 

I will be in touch with both of you shortly. As a last resort I ordered a universal intercooler piping kit off of ebay cause the 90 dg bends look to be the size I need. I'll fit it up with that and immediately start production.
