I have a b18c1 01' gsr motor in a ek but cant start it with the 01' p72 because acura has the immobilizer on 00 and up. Is there a way to get around that?... What else can I do because Im tryin to get it bar'd?

 

IT WILL ONLY WORK IF YOUR EK IS A 99-UP AND YOU HAVE TO SWITCH TWO WIRES FOR THE FUEL PUMP SO IT WILL DISABLE THE IMMOBILIZER IF YOUR CAR IS A 96-98 GOTTA GET A DIFFERENT ECU CAUSE ONE IS A OBD2A 96-98 AND OBD2B 99-UP BUT IT WILL BE BETTER IF YOU RUN A JUMPER WITH A P28 LET ME LOOK FOR THE LINK AND ILL PASS IT ON TO YOU

IF YOUR CAR IS A 99 UP CIVIC YOU HAVE TO SWITCH OUT A15 AND A16

yep when they stole my friends 01 typeR (w/ lo-jack)
when the cops found the car later w the dudes driving the found it with a conversion harness and a socketed p28... so i know it works

YES I DID IT IN MY FRIEND 99 EX AND ITS BEEN RUNNING FINE BUT WILL SON PUT A CHIPPED P28 WITH OBD2B TO OBD 1 HARNESS JUMPER
