im new here so yea...dont flame me
im thinkin bout gettin a 2000 civic si vtech eletric blue and dumpin it a little and put some white Rota slipstreams on it about 15s or 16s. what you think?

Dumping an SI? Be different; don't, and enjoy a good, functional ride.
White slips? If you don't have the money for something else, then fine. It's your style, and as always I respect that.
15's vs 16's? My style says go with 16's, but it's your choice
My #1 immediate recommendation: Security in layers, or you won't have that oh-so-fabulous dumped EBP SI on white wheels for very long.

will it bump a lot of i dump it? cuz i know my brothers was when he first had to cut the suspension but then he later bought smaller ones toreplace it cuz it was so bumpy.. and i cant remember if it wwas bumpy since, he crashed it.

You aren't seriously considering cutting springs, are you? Do the world a favor, and read up on springrates vs shock bound/rebound, and look into getting a GOOD suspension setup. You'll appreciate doing it right the first time, even if it does take longer to make any progress.
