car radio not working.
Does it not come on at all, or does it turn on and give you an error code? If so, which code?
If it doesn't come on at all, have you checked the fuse?

If the speaker is completely dead (that is, not working at all - no static, no nothing) and it is just the one speaker, the signal isn't getting to the speaker. Either the radio isn't sending the signal (not likely), the wire has a break somewhere (quite possible), or the harness to the speaker has slipped off (also quite possible).
First thing to do would be to get to the speaker and unplug the wires, then put them back on. Does the speaker work? If not, try a different car speaker if you have one laying around (size doesn't matter, you're just testing to see if the speaker is getting a signal). If still no signal then most likely there's a break in the line and on a door speaker that break is most likely where the wire bends whenever you open and close the door, inside that little rubber tube. Using a multi-meter, test the continuity of the speaker wire from the speaker harness to some point around where the latch to open your hood is. If no continuity there you'll need to run a bypass wire through the door - that's what I had to do on my '95 Toyota Camry a couple months ago. Speaker wire is cheap - maybe twenty cents a foot from your local hardware store, pick up four feet so that you have plenty of extra wire.

Have you been messing around with anything electrical lately (e.g. your alarm system, fog lights, sunroof wires, whatever)
If not, I have no idea what would make a radio just start blowing the fuse each time. The "good news" I guess is that aftermarket radios are dirt cheap these days.

Take a look at the radios that have a USB port on front, they are great. I keep music / podcasts on a 2GB flash drive and just plug and play into the radio (I have a Sony GT410U in '95 Toyota Camry), plus the music / podcasts are very easy to swap out on my computer.
I have the Alpine IDA-X001 in my 06' Trailblazer....its specifically made for the ipod....and its freakin sweet....got mine from crutchfield.com for $435 shipped....it has a small display and gives me all my information on current media....also charges my ipod.
ahh man the power of luck. today i was installing a new starter for my car, and all of a sudden all my electronics were working as if they were all new. it must of been the starter that was causing my door speaker not to work.
