Help With Car Stereo
I recently had a deck, amp, and sub installed in my Integra. I drove home listening to it and parked my car in the garage. The next day I came out nothing worked. My cd player didn't come on and my antenna didn't go up.
In the past with other cars I have owned I either blew a fuse on the amp or the battery, but I have never not been able to get the cd player to come on.
I checked the fuse at the battery and it was fine. The shop where it was installed is closed for a couple of days. What could the problem be? Thanks.

Well I tried resetting it and nothing happened. Do I have to pull out my center console and cigarette lighter to get the cd player out? If this is the case what yellow wire do I look for, is it the antenna lead or the main stereo power?
What kind of radio you have?
What kind of mounting does it has? Need the keys or is it ISO DIN mount?
This would save you taking apart the center console or not.
Check for the fuse on the back of the radio, or in the yellow (memory, main power)wire.
Generally, the antenna wire is blue, or blue w/white tracer. But mainly, check for connections or why the unit is not getting power.
Defective radio? Who knows?
