For turbo, your ultimatly going to want an LS trans, because of its gearing. The B16 and even GSR tranny's have short gears that are made with all-motor acceleration in mind. With boost and such short gears, traction at the low end would be an issue, especially on street tires.

 

so b16 tranny is geared to low?

what if i make a Frankenstein tranny, haha. ill have some longer gsr gears and an ls 5th.

 

just use the ls tranny they aren;t that bad
