My viper alarm has been giving this issue.
seems every morning around 4am the alarm goes off by itself.
never fails, it just goes off for no reason. the car is garaged.
durring the day it works fine.
when the alarm goes off at night, my remote does work to shut it off. so it's not the remote.
any ideas?

Do you know what model viper alarm do you have?
Also do you know any extra sensors that might have been installed?
And about how long has the alarm been installed, and who installed it?

how many times does it chirp when you disarm it. also year, make, and model of car would be nice and if you know the alarm model that would help.

how can i find out what model it is?
when i disarm it. sometimes it's 2 sometimes it's 4 or 5 haven't really counted when it beeps for them 2 times. i have noticed the difference...
when i arm it, most of the time it beeps once. but on sometimes it beeps once then 4 seconds later 1 more time.
