Anyone have any idea what happened to these guys? Since they moved to Oregon anyways?
I remember from WAY back in the day, when Tim Kehoe and Curtis fell upon huge quantities of weld el's at a local salvage yard (they were in huge 55 gal drums for $1/lb!!!) ahh the good ol days...

Unofficial statement: the OG full-race crew worked for Curtis at MaxRev a few years back, split off, started full-race.
I was just curious what he does nowadays?

Iam sorry to say that Joe is correct on this one.
I also worked for Curtis at MAX REV before Geoff , Javier and Jon were there. I would steer clear of any dealings with Curtis. I did learn alot of my fabrication knowlege while I was there though. I always felt Curtis was a great fabricator but a horrible business person.

Don't be sorry, I'm allowed to be correct at least half the time!
On a side note, isn't Tim Kehoe one of the owners of Area 51 fabrication in Tempe /which also partially owns AFI? I could be incorrect, the name just sounds familiar.. I've never heard anything bad about this guy though..

I remember the day well. What were you doing 10 years ago Jimmy??
I was at Davis Salvage scrounging around alone. Guys I just met Jimmy about 2 months ago.
I'd appreciate it if name droppers would not drop my name when they are trying to accumulate posts or rep points.
I met Curt @ 16 years ago when he first moved to AZ. Yeah he was showing off a shifter design for his 510. I told him about a local machine shop that was looking for help. He is a good friend of mine and one of the best fabricators I have ever met. It's a shame his business ethic doesn't match his ability to fab. Max Rev employees have always gone on to bigger and better things. I still wish Curtis the best of luck.
As for AFI I have seen some whippersnappers making noise next door late at night. I just thought Santas elves got lost.
Thanks for leaving me out of name dropping,
Tim Kehoe (really old gangsta)

Curtis says: Tim kehoe thanks for the support, at least there are people around from the beginning that actually know the truth..
And to all the negative people that have nothing good to say about curtis all he has to say is that if he was such a rip-off why would he be in business 10+ years in AZ and no one shows up at his door and have a problem, but instead everyone has to post about it instead..
"I've never considered myself a great fabricator/or a great welder for that matter but to those that were able to learn from me and make something from it kudos! that goes to geoff, javier, jon and everyone else i forgot to mention. "

lol Rep points? Anyways, I just thought I'd quote you and Brent that's all, no name dropping. I always thought Curtis was cool, I got to know him through a former ******** "acquaintance" of mine (Curtis, does Micheal Medina sound familiar??)
So sorry Tim, wasn't aware I offended you

Curtis has a business ethic sort of like Javier Gutierrez of JG Engine Dynamics, and just because people give up on getting their stuff back (or get what they paid for, done), doesn't mean he isn't a crook, and if you are foolish enough to trust him after reading these posts, then you deserve whatever you get.
As for Tim, I never meant any disrespect, so I hope you don't take it that way. I don't even know you.
