I dont get how the wastegate works... or is this manifold not divided. the turbo definitely doesnt look to be.

plus whats the firing order? looks like they paired the wrong cylinders.

looks awesome! what kind of bit did you use to drill into the cast iron? and what kind of filler did you use to weld the stainless to the cast?

thank you.

25 hours with the gate and dump pipes.

i spend most of my time with fitting, makes it easier when I weld.

damn yea it always shows when you spend your time on fitment. now the real question is....do you charge hourly or for the whole job LOL. seems to be a loose loose situation most of the time!

nope...most of the stuff I build is pretty custom so my price for my turbosystems roll that in.

no issues with the balance of the bike? being that the turbo is not centered? or does the WG and DP and dumptube counter balance it enough?

I'm pretty sure he's going to be shifting all his weight up front to keep it from 12 o'clocking!

Doesn't look like there is any room left for the radiator? What is the plan for that?

The 1000 have that stupid balance shaft in the front of the motor its too bad. Cause on the 600 and 750 u can push the turbo back about 3 "

Nice work tho
