Problem, wheel shakes when I accelerate...
Ive looked up the forums to try and find out what my problem is but I couldnt find any direct idea on what it might be..
My driver side wheel starts shaking when I accelerate. I jacked up the car and checked the wheel to see if there is any play, and there is no play. the tie rod looks fine. The axle nut is on pretty tight as well as the lug nuts. There is no noise just shaking.
One other thing, I have an H23A in my dc and I am using my jdm type r axles. They were able to fit.

My right front wheel was shaking on acceleration when my inner cv joint on that side went bad. The boot split and I didn't notice it until I was changing my oil one day. There were no side effects until that shaking started when the joint was bone dry. You may want to check that out.

bad inner joint. I've experienced it several times both on my Integra and on my old Camry.

I've had that same problem for the past six months with accelerating from 20mph to 60mph. At 20mph and letting the clutch disingauge and in neutral, the car stops shaking and so forth at 60mhp. I've changed out 4 sets of brand spankin new axles and even went to a different brand from Autozone (Crown) to O'rileys (forgot the name). They were all brand new and not refurbed. I've changed out the half shaft(Intermediate shaft) bearing and even changed out the half shaft itself. Changed out the flywheel, flywheel bearing clutch, clutch bearing. An alignment has been done, the wheels have been balanced twice and they have been rotated from front to back and vice-versa. The only thing I haven't done yet is change the hub bearings. With the car being jacked up, both wheels do no have any play. I suspect it's the hub bearings, which side, I don't know. I might as well change out both since the car is over 7 years old on my 00' si.
Wow.. I guess I have some inspecting to do. Is there suppose to be any play on the axles when the car is jacked up? Cus there is no play on my driver side axles it is really tight and compressed, but I dont know if that should make a difference.
Ill check the inner joint....

Well I checked the inner joints and found that there was nothing wrong with them.
I decided to run the car on first gear while it was on jacks without the wheel on the driver side. I right away noticed that the axle on the driver side was too compressed and the way it was angled, the axle was rubbing up against something causing the axle to shake. I may also be that the axle may be bent. I wont really know until I take it out, so i guess i have some work to do.
