Ultimate Performance Question???

Default Ultimate Performance Question???

Ok so I am about to turbo my car and was attempting to install a air fuel meter well among installing the meter I realized that my o2 signal was stuck on .2v which indicates lean condition and I know its not running lean cause I ran a five gas and HC was high and o2 was about normal so of course the next step was to replace 02 sensor well I got the new one and put it in and then it was stuck on .45v on signal wire never does it osciallate at all. so I go to check the wiring I have no resitance on any of the wires going to computer. signal, sensor ground, & heater control and I have battery voltage on my heater voltage supply. so then the next thing I did is check the ground side for voltage to make sure the computer was giving a good sensor ground and it was only .01v which is normal so after talking to a couple veterns they told me to bench test it where you take it out put your positive lead on signal wire and black lead on sensor ground and heat up the 02 sensor to watch it change voltage like it noramly would on vehicle which I did and it went from .1-.9v which is the air fuel range so I have a good sensor all my wiring is good and yet it dosent oscillate the only thing I havent done is try to create a little back pressure since I dont have a cat there is no backpressure which ultimatly may effect the o2 getting warm enough to start working properly. so if anybody and I mean anybody has any suggestions on something I havent done yet then please step forward cause I am at a loss for words.

could have an exhaust leak. have you checked gaskets ,or see if there were any holes in your piping.or if the exhaust it bolted down properly? its a simple start point.

No exhaust leaks, what so ever just running dcsports 421 headers and 2.5" piping all the way back to a freeflow muffler. and sorry for the heading but ASE would consider this a "Engine Performance" problem so that at least explains the heading and this type of question will be for your more experienced only but I figured I would give it a shot just cause I have done all the testing that I can do and still have no answers but thanks for any replys up front.
