Painting a 4dr Integra am i missing anything
Good choices. I use a few different paint systems and I like the BASF the best. Its good quality stuff, priced decently. I would recommend to find a paint booth to use, if possible. The DC5800 is a wise choice since its a CTR type product. I also recommend, since your going for the gold, to get some BASF 909 prep cleaner. Its a water based cleaner that cleans really well, gets crap off that wax/ degreaser will smear around and not really completely remove. Its funny, I'm slightly obsessed with only using Dynabrade tools and BASF materials when avalable.
VERY good stuff you got there. I think you have everything you need. I will look at this again and see if your missing anything

I wanna see the outcome of this car. You have the best stuff, I hope you know how to paint. The Iwata gun lays down base/clear really well. I use it at work and I am very happy with it. The pattern is HUGE. Goodluck I hope it comes out nice since you spent so much money.
You want to get a water seperator. How much were the materials (base& clear)?

You do not have a water base prep cleaner, just a wax/ degrease solvent base cleaner in the pics. Its not an absolute necessity. You do need something set up to ensure clean, dry air. Be careful who and where(interwebz) you take advice from, there are a few people/ clowns who give it, but really shouldn't be. If you or your friends lack autobody/ paint knowledge you should source a current, up to date autobody/ paint technology book to familiarize yourself with the products and the process. The physical painting is easy when you get the hang of it, but the more informed you are, the better judgment you will have.
Water base prep cleaner is pretty much describes itself. It a good cleaner to use along with wax/degeaser when prepping and before paint. But its not nessesary since you could just use water in a spray bottle.
Looks good man. Good luck i just finished back in march spraying my DB..it turned out pretty good. If you want to see pics of the process and outcome just click this and ask to be my friend.. then you can see..

Use that laquer thinner on all surfaces to be painted, to clear it of any dirt, road tar etc. but make sure you tape up your moldings, cause it'll take the silicon coating right off of them.
don't know if you have it already or not, but i recommend a decent air respirator. after all it's important not to breath in all those fume when spraying. it gets very misty. keep is updated, i want to see results
