Question is for cams, and camshafts. I want to increase power and torque. Is cams, and camshaft basic bolt-on that would not affect my car, what i mean is that i dont want the engine to fail or have the cel to throw off.

also for cams, and camshaft do i need my car to be tuned to install them?

Bolt-ons are things done outside the engine itself, such as header, intake, pulleys and exhaust system.
Camshaft, valvetrain, pistons and such, are considered "internals", not bolt-ons.

Go ahead and post it over here https://honda-tech.com/zeroforum/44, since I know now that you want all motor, they should be able to give you more information on what kind of setup to run.
