Civic 98' Headlights

I have a 98 civic lx, 4d sedan.

It's black and I'm thinking about putting in the smoked carbon fiber headlights with the angel eyes.

Complexity of getting the angel eyes wired up?

If it's a decent brand it should come with instructions. It's not very hard at all if you can splice wires.
