catback system

Default catback system

few days ago i bought apexi muffler for my EG. it's hasn't catback pipe. if i will do catback system myself, will it add some HP?

probably not..maybe 1 or 2 hp tops..what kind of engine do u have in your eg?
and any other mods u have on your eg?

What kind of Apex'i muffler did you get? The N1 universal? Those things can be pretty loud, but fun to have on your car. When you floor it, you and everyone else around will know it though, so be careful who you floor it around (Police)

hmm i recommend...donating the n1 muffler to the ricer charity fund...whats wrong with a nice 2.5 custom piping and a apexi ws2

maybe he doesn't like the ws2...that's probably why he has the apexi n1

I'd recommend finding some cheap mandrel bent piping to mate to that thing. You could also get a muffler shop to make some 2.25" piping for you and install it, but it's comparable in price to any cheap mandrel bent setup, and then you're stuck with crush-bent piping, which is not so great. Either way, you're not looking to get much performance at all from it, so do what you think is more convenient. I may also have to add that I heard mandrel bent piping gives a smoother sound because of it's more efficient flow.
