Will the AEM cold air intake for type R integras fit in a GSR? I was looking at project car magazine and it looks like the intake they put in their 98GSR is the one that is made to fit the type R.

 

it only fit if the gsr have type r copy of intake manifold.

 

So if I get an intake manifold that is compatible with a type R AND the intake for the type R it will fit? Does anyone think this is a good/bad idea? Pointless?

yes it will fit and requires probably more work that you realize.

the ITR intake, however, will fit all b18b manifolds.

 

Yeah I just looked at the DIY thread on installing the blox IM and I decided leave mine stock for a while, until I have time/knowledge/money to attack the project.
