Default obd2--->obd1 problem

so im getting code 41 on my new motor which is the primary oxygen sensor..

i recently did a obd1 swap into my car (99-00civic hx obd2a)

the primary o2 sensor on the hx as i found out today is the 5 wire o2 sensor but since there is no 5 wire sensor on the new LS motor and im using my stock wiring harness is there a way to tell which wires i need to tap into on the 5 wire and hook up the 4 wire to?

right now i have a new o2 sensor but on the secondary which is a 4 wire so im planning on tapping those wires onto the 5 wire sensor ( it has 6 wires on the harness)

is there a manual i can get to just compare the two harnesses and just hook up
1 to 1
2 to 2
etc

thanks, i tried to explain the problem best i can

4 wire 02 sensors read like this
1. Heater 12v (black)
2. Heater Ground(black)
3. 12v power (white)
4. Signal wire (blue)

(i believe that is correct if i am not mistaken)

What OBD1 ecu are you running Btw? You cant use the HX ecu to run the LS motor
Also OBD1 doesnt read for the secondary 02 sens, dont bother

right now im running an obd1 LS ecu..the colored wires i see are

green/black
thick black one(inside is the power i think cause the inner wire is wht/red)
black/yellow
black/white

these are the wires coming out of the wiring harness going to the plug that connects to the sensor

Well because your running an obd1 ecu, in car that was OBD2a, i would suggest you get the LS harness, just for the fact of the 02 sensor issue. Last thing you wanna do is hack up your wiring harness, better safe than sorry. Im not aware of any other way around the problem, other than re-wiring, or simply getting the correct harness. Thats just my opinion, ive had some similiar issues myself for a swap, and its best to get a whole (correct) harness.
