Default check engine light

hey replaced main fuel relay ...distributor and still wont turn over on my 1990 honda accord...it will crank but doesnt seem like its getting any fuel....could it be the fuel pump??...when i turn the key the check engine light does not come on and click and fuel pump is not priming??...any advice would be great...

The ECU may not be getting power. Check the ground on the thermostat housing, etc. ...
