so i searched and one dude response was that any 88 dx si and hf seats will fit as long as they are 88's....is this true?? what other seats will bolt on? i got a DA driver with one bolt n a 91 si hatch for passenger also with one bolt. i still got my hf bracket n rails i know they wont fit on theDA or the si hatch seats......i probably gotta do sum fabrication of my own.....thanx <U></U>

Hey I have an 1988 CRX HF too and from what I found out the 1988 CRX HF is a bastard child, only seats from another 1988 CRX HF (not DX or Si) will directly bolt on. Your best bet (as mine) is to just get some good seats from any other CRX and do a seat pan swap. I'm goind to do that since I have some really good shape 1990-1991 CRX DX seats.

It would be better if you do a search for seat pan swap but basically you take the newer better DX or Si seat and take the seat bottom pan (where the rails bolt on to) off the newer/better seats by undoing the metal rings that hold the seat cushion covers on it (called hog rings) then you take the metal pan off and replace it with the metal pan from your stock HF seats and attatch the cushion covers back on it by either replacing/reusing the metal hog rings or simply by using cinch ties (wire ties). It sounds confusing but look for a thread using the search...
