Default rear disk brake conversion help

hey guys just looking for some help just got the rear disk brake setup off a 94 integra ls im putting it on my 00 ek hatch just wondering if you guys could show me the light on how to make this conversion a successful one thx

Basically unbolt and bolt on the new assembly. Very straightfoward.



Remove the console above the ebrake and unhook #5 and #8 from #3. Remove #13 (2) from the chassis to release the ebrake cables.



Do the following to both sides: Undo the soft brake line from the hard line. Unbolt #17 from the chassis, #20 (2) from the chassis, #19 from the LCA, #18 from the trailing arm assembly.

o wow thank i think that will help alot. but is this right? seeing that i got this setup off of a 3 dr hatch ls instead of the sedan then the cables should just line up perfect right?

Cables should work. I put 3 dr Integra cables on my 92 hatch. If they are too short, 99-00 Civic Si cables will definitely work.

ok now i also got the master cylinder and hub assemble will i need that also in this conversion seeing how the ls had abs and of the course the ek doesnt but im only switching the rear not the front?

There's no need for a larger master cylinder. Just take the trailing arms, ebrake cables, and soft lines.

I know this is a tad late, but for new readers out there....

don't forget about the prop valve... you should use one from a 99-00 civic si. i guess its not needed but its recommended.

i used DB8 cables on my ej8 and it worked fine.
