I found a aftermarket header for pretty cheap and was wondering if it would work. The guy selling it says it is for a 88 or newer D15B1 or D16A6. I have a D16Y8 in my EJ8 and am not sure if it was would bolt to the head and reach the cat. So I guess what I am trying to say will a 88-91 civic/crx header fit a 96-00 civic coupe??? I have searched any never came up with any significant answers. Thanks!

 

i dont see why it wouldent. If anything have a muffler shop put it in, if it needs more piping or less they can do it

 

eehh.... I could do that but it seems like it would just be easier to buy one made exactly for my car...

 

it might not fit crx's have a weird crossmember thing.
