Best motor to get 300hp with itb???
I've been doing some research alittle, but I would like to come here and aske what you guys think. I want to get 300hp all motor with itbs. I would like to know what motor should I go with, or mix and matches like putting a different head on a different block. I don't need long answers. Just enough to do more research with your answer. Thanks
do u plan on driving on the street and running it on pump gas?
u could either do a seriously built h22
or u could do a built k24/k20
but i dont think either of those will run on pump gas to well.

yea you're looking at big big money to make 300 whp all motor. you're best bet is k24/k20.
go on k20a.org and start doing some research, you'll see its quite a task. 250-270whp is a little more realistic.

You're not providing much info here - chassis? budget? use?
So........hell, go with a C32. ITBs, a good header and a decent tune will put you over 300 hp without touching the long block.
With no info at all, I'm tempted to suggest a SBC.

Dubious.
K24 punched to a 2.6L will get you to 300 quicker than most Honda engine options, all motor.

Turbo GSR
EASY 300hp, but not ITBs
seriously though, a 300whp NA engine is $20,000 if its a B series an not much cheaper if its a K series
thats just the MOTOR, not factoring in trannys, mounts, clutch, tuning, engine management, etc

then it will cost $30,000
if your serious, you need a built H22, one that will NOT run on pump gas an will never see the street
be more realistic man, 200-220whp with an H22 is a good start. Do an H22 swap an take BABY steps.
if you really want 300whp then your only option is Turbo if you want to keep the cost under $5000
