p72 ecu
can anybody tell me which ecu is this? dont really know this is a obd2a obd2b

Actually that is an OBD I ecu....from an auto. The OBDIIs plugs go all the way from the top/bottom covers, that one still has the thinner OBD I plugs, but has the 4th plug for the auto portion. Not sure if all the autos had the 4th plug or not, but I know it was common on the JDM B16s and probably on the LSs as well.

I don't know if they weer P72's but there were auto GSR's in Japan. My OBD-1 DA auto had only 3 plugs but it had a seperate computer unit for the auto tranny, whereas the DC's probably had the tranny stuff integrated into the ECU where the 4th plug could possibly have come from. But like it was said, it says DC B18B anways on the top.
