Default RHD requirement

How many ways are their out their to make a car rhd. i knoe theirs one that you cut the whole front clip and weld the jdm one. also theirs one that u only cut the firewall...

just get a front clip and strip yours out and swap that one in...harder than it sounds but def looks good

CUT A JDM CLIP THEN WELD IT ON?! good luck with that one, i hope you wouldn't drive it.

andcut the firewall, who said cut? the only way i know is to drill out the spot weld off of the firewall, both on the donor car and the clip. the you will have to reweld the rhd firewall to the donor car.

but when u take the firewall from the jdm clip to the usdm car.. isnt that safer then welding the whole front clip

yes, and that is the proper way and imo, the only way to do a rhd conversion.
but it is not an easy job.

How do i take the firewall out... do i drill thru the spot welds... and how much do u think ill be to weld the jdm fire wall

yes you will have to drill out the spot weld then chisel away at the wall w/o damaging it. there is a crap load of welds through out the wall, if you have to ask this much questions, then this job is not for you.

but if you are stll curious then do a search. there are couple of people who have done them on eg, ek, dc.

yeah. you need to do a search on Honda-Tech. there are many forms that talk about RHD conversions. i think a guy is converting a 4 door integra as i type. check it out. its a fun *** project to do.
