do gsr panels bolt right up to an eg hatch and how hard is it to wire the hatch for power windows and how much would it cost to make it power windows?

No they wont fit unless you wanna hack them up A LOT. Why use GSR panels, if you are looking to get power windows and locks just get EX panels.

I did the dash, the looks are worth it in my opinion, but the time it took wasn't. Theres a few good write-ups one in particular in the FAQ section. I molded EX door panels so I have full power and my TypeR dash.

 

ohh kool ok guess ill just do ex panels
