Default Help On my driver side. VIBRATING AND SHAKING

I tried searching what could be wrong with my car and I think it might be my wheel bearing but i really dont know for sure.

I just swapped my hatch and my front left side shakes and vibrites when i give it gas. It makes noises sometimes when i turn with the gas.

I jacked my car up and tried shaking the wheel back and forth and there was no play. One of my friends said if there was it would have been my tie rod or whatever . . idk

If you might know whats up you should let me know so i can get it fixed

Thanks

axle? since you said you just swapped it i would assume you used some bad axles.

Did you remove the crossmember? If yes did you remember to torque down tierod ends to specifications.

your right one as in your passengers side? and the vibration is coming from the drivers? 90% sure this is your axle but hey...

to check for a bad wheel bearing, i always move the wheel (unloaded off the ground) back and forth on the vertical axis to see if theres any axial play. thats a bad sign if theres any movement.

I'd really like to know how you can visually diagnose an axle without taking the boot off

you can tighten down a tie rod end all day, the ball joint could still be bad in it though, I would pop it off the knuckle and see how much play you have in it, or the ball joints in one of the knuckles could be bad too causing vibration, seperated tire possibly. The axle you didnt change could be going bad.
